WHY WE ARE BUILDING THIS
Summit is a hacker house near UT Austin. Our first house, the Mesa House, is coming to West Campus.
The idea is simple. Take a great house near campus and turn it into the place where the best builders at UT want to spend their time. Good desks, quiet rooms, fast internet, and doors that never close. Members pay a small monthly fee for 24/7 access.
The fee keeps the lights on. What it really buys is the people. UT's talent is scattered across dorm rooms, libraries, and coffee shops that close at ten. When ambitious people work next to each other every day, ideas move faster, teams form naturally, and projects turn into real companies.
The first house is the start. If it works, we grow: more houses, then founder houses where teams live and build together. A network of builder houses, starting in Austin.
